Q&A Details that You Need to Know

Q: How much does the store cost to set up?

A: There is a small one time fee to set up your online store

Q: What does the set up fee include: 

Your store deposit includes one design you can Choose up to three available color options. Additional garments & Designs on your store will be charged an additional fee per design. Direct link for you to share to access your store. 

Q: Do I receive any printed catalogs, or is the store only online?

A:The store is primarily online, but you can request us to design you a flyer with QR code for you to email/print and distribute. 

Q: How do I return an order?

A: It's important to note that all sales are final on fundraisers, so make sure to communicate this to your customers.

Q: How long will the store be open?

A: Typically the store stays open for 2weeks - We will discuss the options of selling after the fundraiser. 

Q: How long does it take to receive products?

A: The fundraiser store is typically open for 14 days, but this can be adjusted depending on your needs.

Q: Is there a minimum amount of items my group needs to purchase?

A: The minimum amount of items is 15 per fundraiser. To avoid an under minimum fee, make sure at least 15 items will be sold. It's important to consider what products will sell well and ensure you can meet the minimum order requirement.

Q: What is the proceed percentage: 

A: Get excited - your Proceed amounts are broken out in detail in our next visit after agreement to coloraborate with us. 

Q: How do we receive our proceeds from our fundraiser? 

A: Checks will be issued for the fundraising proceeds approximately two weeks after the online store closes. We include a detailed list of all orders included in payout. 

*All Designs created by JPD Co. by Suki Five are owned by JPD Co. by Suki Five unless otherwise discussed. Unauthorized use of design will be prosecuted. 

* Use of Customer artwork does not hold Suki Five accountable for unauthorized prints, copyright laws.

* All artwork must be submitted in PNG or Vector form with resolution of 300dpi.
